Rates are indicative

The rate cards published on this site are indicative and subject to underwriting. They are not an offer, and no rate is binding until it appears in a signed agreement with your entity named in it. The rate you are offered follows from your file.

What we are, and are not

Capabilities described as current

Some capabilities on this site describe intent rather than present function. As at publication date, the following are in development: cascading between acquirers, pre-chargeback alerts, and card-updater lookups. Where a plan card lists one, treat it as a commitment we are building toward, not a switch that is already on.

Third-party figures

The comparison table quotes published rates and fees from other processors. Each figure is sourced and dated on the page. Those companies change their pricing without telling us, and some do not publish it at all — verify anything you are about to rely on.

The calculator

The monthly cost estimator multiplies your inputs by the published rate card. Its chargeback term is linear — ratio × volume × A$25 — so it does not model what happens once a dispute ratio passes a scheme monitoring threshold, which is the most expensive thing that can happen to a high-risk merchant. Read its output as a floor, not a forecast.

Availability

Publishing a rate card for a category does not mean we can board you in it today. Acquiring appetite in these categories changes quarterly, and a bank that boarded a category in March may have exited by September. The only real answer is the one that comes back on your file.
